Design consultant. Consultant in Fashion forecasting for trends and colours and outline shapes for women's wear prêt-a-porter, men's wear, leather clothing and bags. Part of the decision making team together with Spanish and Italian designers to decide colours and trend shapes for each season, a relationship which continued for twelve years.

Creative Director for this mail order and high street retail company, manufacturing women's and children's co-ordinated woven's, knitwear and jersey wear. Responsible for the design, colour co-ordination and sample production of colourful printed and jacquard leisurewear for babies, children's, women's wear and some men's wear.
1984 – 1988 Freelance work
Fashion forecasting consultant to companies such as Anne Tyrell , Nigel French , Benjamin Dent , and Index . Designed and illustrated trend books, reported from fashion shows in Paris, Madrid, London and New York regularly for three years.
Consultant designer to David Davies Associates, Pentagram, Michael Peters, Fitch & Co. , and Peter Leonard Associates . Projects included understanding corporate image and branding designing ranges for menswear and womenswear, such as the Design Council, Midland Bank wardrobe, Halifax Building Society, Red Star Parcels, John Player Special Formula One racing suits, among others.
Designed leather accessories and bags for Czech & Speake , and Barrow & Hepburn , in Jermyn Street, London.
Responsible for studio design work for various Japanese licenses for Sabre International (Reknown), producing three collections a year, and for David Hicks , producing up to 12 different collections a year.
Worked with Daniel Hechter , Paris as assistant designer.
Theatre experience, worked as performer on The House of Bernarda Alba at the John Geilgud theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue directed by Nuria Espert and designed by Ezio Frigerio .
Character animator and senior animator for characters and special effects in film and television. Produced and designed animation sequences co-working with directors and programme producers. Responsible for overseeing production, production co-ordinator of two television series, comprising of organising the execution, designing the method of doing so, and working on the production for over 450 shots with 3D effects, 2D effects and sound to edit and out on to tape per episode.

1999 – 2001 Stardust Entertainment Berlin
Character animator for three episodes production supervisor for one episode of US TV series, Stevie Stardust, sponsored by Hallmark and Super RTL, 26 no x 30min episodes sponsored by Hallmark and Super RTL. Responsibilities included animation, layout, dummy modelling, fill-in lighting when needed, compositing and co-ordinating American ‘take' on marketing work. Prepared episode 3 for MIPCOM, which involved organising production and chasing deadlines for monitoring schedules of 24 animators re-working, over-see compositing and put to tape. Animated characters using Maya for shots and reworked episode 1 & 2. Animated shots for episode 3. Layout work for episodes 3 5, 6 and 8 which involved co-ordinating the scenes with the previous work and completing scenes ready for final animation.
1997 – 1999 BBC White City London
Senior animator created a total of 130 special effect shots for a TV documentary series of 8 programmes of 1 hour long called ‘ The Planets' , released 2000, BBC2, based on the solar system and the events creating our universe. Co-ordinating with scientists, and using up to date research from NASA, produced sfx graphics of planetary events and landscapes, worked with five different producers all with different requirements and tight deadlines. Re-released as ‘The Blue Planet' BBC2, 2001. Re-released as Horizon's ‘Saturn - Lord of the Rings', BBC2, Nov 2004, and BBC1's ‘Space Odyssey' Nov 2004.
1996 – 1997 Jim Henson's Creature Shop, London
Worked on film ‘ Lost in Space ' character animating the monkey character, ‘Blawp', using key framing, and re-modelling dragon in TV film, ‘ Merlin' - Channel 4.
Research Interests
Include describing through textile narrative perverse domestic situations to generate public awareness by ‘Polite Conversation'. Works consist of research into self-harm, domestic violence, abuse and drug use.
Looking at scientific discoveries and how they can inspire artists. Promoting artists working with scientists.
How children develop in their art and love of illustrations especially for children
